Tai Chi is the art of moving the energy within the mind, body and spirit. It teaches us to slow down, have patience, and connect our mind to our body through the gentle movements, resulting in peace and harmony within Self.
Qigong is a gentle practice using the mind and breath to direct the energy flow in the body, creating a balance within.
