Yoga is much more than just exercise. There are Eight Limbs of Yoga and all are equally important in keeping a well balanced life. It is within the teachings of Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras, that we gain knowledge of these eight limbs guiding us to journey inward to experience the Truth about ourselves in hopes to reach Samadhi (enlightenment).
Meditation, Yoga Nidra, and Yoga classes are currently being offered (in both group setting and private classes) at Transcendent Wellness in Downtown New Bern.
